By accessing or using StyleCliq's platform, mobile application, or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

StyleCliq reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain and update your information as needed

• Keep your login credentials confidential

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

StyleCliq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

StyleCliq is a platform that connects customers with independent beauty and wellness service providers ("Partners"). When you make a booking:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the Partner

• StyleCliq facilitates the booking but is not a party to the service agreement

• Service quality, pricing, and availability are determined by Partners

• You must arrive on time for your appointment

• Accurate contact information must be provided for booking confirmations

Cancellation policies may vary by Partner and are displayed at the time of booking. General guidelines:

• Free cancellation is typically available up to 2-4 hours before the appointment

• Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee

• No-shows may be charged the full service amount

• Partners may have specific cancellation policies that supersede these guidelines

• Review the Partner's cancellation policy before confirming your booking

You may request a refund within 10 days of your service if you are not satisfied. Refund terms:

• Refund requests must be submitted through the app or by contacting support

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days

• Partial refunds may be issued based on the nature of the complaint

• Refunds for promotional or discounted services may be limited to the amount paid

• Cash payments are refunded via bank transfer or wallet credit

• StyleCliq reserves the right to deny refunds for fraudulent claims

By making a payment through StyleCliq, you agree to:

• Authorize us to charge your selected payment method

• Provide valid and authorized payment information

• Pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges

Payment methods may include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

• Harass, abuse, or harm Partners, staff, or other users

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services

• Use automated systems or bots without permission

• Resell or commercially exploit the Services

• Post defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate content

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

You may submit reviews and ratings for services received. By submitting a review:

• You confirm the review is based on a genuine experience

• You grant StyleCliq a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your review

• You agree not to post false, defamatory, or malicious content

• StyleCliq may remove reviews that violate our guidelines

• Reviews should be respectful and constructive

All content on StyleCliq, including logos, text, images, graphics, and software, is the property of StyleCliq or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

• Use our trademarks without authorization

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

StyleCliq is a platform connecting customers with service providers. We are NOT responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Partners

• Disputes between customers and Partners

• Any injury, damage, or loss arising from services

• Partner availability, cancellations, or delays

• Third-party content or external links

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleCliq's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StyleCliq, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights

• Any content you submit through the Services

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of StyleCliq shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation

• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, India

• Governed by the laws of India

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against StyleCliq.

StyleCliq may terminate or suspend your access to the Services:

• For violation of these Terms

• For fraudulent or illegal activity

• At our sole discretion with or without notice

• If required by law or government order

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any associated data. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
